Kausay Puriy

Kausay Puriy translates from Qechua as “walking in living energy.” In a figurative sense, kausay puriy describes the ability of a person to live in such a way that the energy always flows and never comes to a standstill.

It therefore describes a person who has reached and is fully integrated into the fourth level of consciousness, such as Don Benito Qoriwaman, Don Andres Espinoza, Don Melchor Desa, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and many others. They are people who can resolve conflicts and disputes without causing further injury or triggering new conflicts or disputes. This ability is not limited to the Inka tradition but describes a general behaviour. People with this ability have fully developed and trained to the highest level their abilities to love (munay), act (yankay), and think (yachay).

The Inka tradition teaches simple exercises and tools that every person can apply to reestablish the flow of heavy energies. Kausay puriy means moving freely and fluidly in living energy.
